Programs and Events for Adult Leaders

Do you sometimes feel overwhelmed, out of ideas, or in need of community and support from other Youth Ministry leaders? If so, then join us for periodic Youth Ministry Support Gatherings.  Join us for fellowship and community as we share gather to share ideas in an effort to collaborate and build one another up as we participate in the shared mission of leading young people to Christ.  These gatherings are very informal and are open to any adult who works with youth including youth ministers, DRE’s, priests, adult volunteers, etc.  The agenda includes a discussion on various topics pertaining to Youth Ministry as well as time for sharing upcoming events for going on at parishes as well as in the diocese as a whole.

See below for the 2023-2024 meeting dates. Meetings take place 4 times during the year. Each occurence will have a daytime in-person option, and an evening Zoom option. If your parish would like to host a meeting, contact Tim Messenger at [email protected]. Host parishes are responsible for providing a meeting space and lunch.
