Welcome to the Worcester's Catholic Young Adult Ministry! If you are between the ages of 20 and 30 and are looking for a community of Catholic young adults, we welcome you to our group. Our focus is to be like Mary of Bethany, who sat at the foot of Jesus to listen to Him and follow in His ways. We want to grow in our faith as a community and strive toward becoming Saints. 

Our group consists of three aspects so that we can sit at the foot of Jesus. 

1. Formation: These nights will consist of a guest speaker, usually a priest a religious person, to discuss a certain topic about our faith. Or we will have small group discussions about a topic with Q&A. 
 
2. Sacraments: On these nights, we will go to mass, confession or adoration together. 

3. Social Events: At least once a month, we will have a group social event were we will play bingo or trivia, go to a Woo Sox game, or watch a movie together. These nights will sometimes fall on a weekend!

Each month, we will rotate through these different events to grow closer as a community and to God.

Our first week in September 2024 will be a discussion about St. Thomas Aquinas on Good Reason with Father Michael Hoye at St. Bernard's in Worcester on the 4th. We will start at 7 with some pizza and get into our talk around 7:30! 
For our second week in September, we will be going to mass together at St. John's in Worcester at 6:15 on the 11th.
Our third week will be a group discussion on Catholicism in the Workplace. We will have a panel of 3-4 working Catholic adults to talk about their experience of working and being Catholic. This will be at St. Bernard's in Worcester on the 18th. We will start at 7 with some pizza and get into our talk around 7:30! 
Our last week will be a trivia night! ​We will be going to Antonio's in Worcester ​to play trivia and eat some pizza. ​Trivia starts at 7 so please get there by 6:45. You can ​RVSP with Veronica by ​Tuesday Sept 24.
