Youth Ministry is one of the most vital ministries in the Church today. Yet this can be an intimidating and overwhelming task in the midst of the world we live in. Oftentimes, when we think of youth ministry, it can be easy to fall into the trap of thinking we need flashy events with hundreds of teens. As we know, this is not typically the reality. Many parishes struggle to get young people and their families to be invested in the faith. So how do we break through? The answer does not lie in being an expert theologian or utilizing the latest youth ministry or faith formation program (though neither of these things are bad). The best way to encounter young people and draw them into a deeper relationship with God is to simply look at the method that Jesus, Himself used - Discipleship! Through youth ministry coaching, we can accompany you and your parish so you can be equipped to accompany and disciple the young people of your parish.
